Breakers Café welcomes inquiries regarding private parties and has menus available for different price points. We have a full kitchen and bar, so you can leave the cooking to us, and we have trained bartenders to look after all your guests. Our menus embrace the farm-to-table, local food movement, and we prepare food that matches the casual, beachy nature of our surroundings, serving Classic American dishes we spice up with South-of-the-Border twists. The facility is also available without food service, should you desire to choose your own caterers.

Breakers Café is available in the evening and at night as a venue for birthdays, wedding receptions, graduation parties, and all other gatherings. The thoughtful details of the interior space make it easy for you to arrange the Café to your specifications: all the furniture can be rearranged for formal events, or the casual feel of ordering at the counter can be kept if you want to capture the surf shack spirit. The restaurant can also be cleared out to reveal a floor of red fir perfect for dancing, and the French doors open two sides of the restaurant to the heated deck, which also can be tented in inclement weather, making it easy for guests to move around for cocktails or dining outdoors. Abutting the deck, we also have an outdoor grill to cook up local oysters in sizzling garlic butter or BBQ sauce. Behind the restaurant is a spacious beer-garden, which is set back from the bustle of Stinson and can be enjoyed by a large party. Including all the outdoor space, Breakers Café can seat 200 guests and can seat 70 in the interior alone.

Our beach cottage atmosphere is perfect for any party that wants to incorporate the local flavor of West Marin. The imposing heights of Mount Tamalpais and the Bolinas Ridge rise up to provide spectacular views as salty air from the Pacific rolls over the rooftops during your dinner and celebration at Breakers Café.
